Chat and voice renew monthly
Chat replies and voice-note characters refresh every month from the day you subscribe, on yearly plans too.
One video credit covers 30 seconds
That's about 400 English or 135 Chinese characters. Longer scripts use one more credit per 30 s, and you see the cost before you create.
Change or cancel anytime
Upgrades apply right away; a downgrade starts at your next renewal. Cancel and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Yes. You pay once for 12 months and the whole year of video credits is added right away. Chat replies and voice-note characters refresh every month.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Anytime, from your plan page or by choosing another plan here. You'll see the exact prorated amount before you confirm.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
